Default HELP! ICS & FlashFXP

hi there...
i am using a trial version of the new FlashFXP (1.4.2) before I buy it and I seem to have an annoying problem:
I am using ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) in WinME and in almost every FTP I try to access I get a 425 message (can't open data connection).
Everything was fine when I used to have the 1.4 / 1.4.1 version.
what's wrong???

PC Specs:
========

PIII 866Mhz
128 RAM
30Gb
1.5Mbit ADSL
ICS
Norton Internet Security - not doing any trouble

Are you trying to get a file listing, or uploading, downloading, fxping?

If you are behind a firewall passive mode is required, unless your firewall is configured to allow active connections.

however some ftp servers are setup behind a firewall which makes passive mode impossible.

If you require passive mode and the ftp server blocks it you will not be able to use the ftp server.
