Resume question

When i lose connection to a server and then when it resumes, by default, it says to you want to Overwrite, or Resume, Skip, etc....
I never want to overwrite a file, just Resume. Is there a way i can change this default setting from Overwrite to Resume?
(using 1.4 build 800)

click options and then "when file exists" all the options are in there
