Problem when I FXP

Hello,

When I try to do a FXP (site-to-site) transfer from home it dosent work. But when I try from work it office.

My friend have same problem.

Home I have hardware-router. On the office I have software-router.

Is it any port? Or any setting i FlashFXP I need to do. Soo I can FXP from home.
