ftp connection by another ftp

hi,
at work, i can log on my ftp by another ftp, here is the method i must use:

Open a MS-DOS windows
Write : FTP MYPROXYATWORK.COM
Enter : UserOnAnotherFTP@AnotherFTP LoginInternet
Enter : the password of AnotherFTP
Enter : the password of my LoginInternet

how can i do that with flashfxp ?
