Default FlashFXP Puzzle

I have been using FlashFXP to connect to my xbox without problems. I now have a new computer and just reinstalled the same version of FlashFXP version 2.1 build 924 and both the new and old computer are using a d-link di-624 router to connect. Both computers have the same gateway 192.168.0.1, but different IP 192.168.0.100, the other 192.168.0.3.

Interestingly, the old computer hooks up just fine to my xbox.. static ip 192.168.0.2, but the new one cannot find a connection. I have Norton network security and antivirus on both computers and the old computer has it on and it hooks up. The new computer won't hook up even if I disable it. Both computers use the same windows xp. The new computer can ping the xbox, xbox connect works, xlink works, but flashfxp just won't hook up on the new computer.

help me solve the puzzle!! Thanks
