Question question about a corrupted huge downloaded file

I've tried twice for downloading a huge 600mb file, but they both are corrupted finally though they got the same file downloaded file size. I compare them, and they're both different in binary. I don't know if the downloading file would be corrupted when I click the Abort or Disconnect buttons or disconnected by the remote server or disconnected by my selecting Stop connection from the NIC tray icon, wouldn't it?

file shouldn't get correctuped if those disconnections are "clean", ie instant..
however to be sure that file won't be corrupted, FlashFXP has "rollback" feature, meaning it will redownload last X bytes of a given file.
to configure this option go to Options menu, File Exist rules, and configure there whatever you think is an acceptable value(personally, i use 2seconds worth of full speed data).
