425 Can't build data connection: Connection refused

What does this mean, i do get this when i connect to a ftp serv with linux and glftp 1.23.
but its only this one ftp, every other with glftp any version (1.23, 1.24, 1.25) is working.
and the error shows only up in flasfxp, when i use smartftp, leechftp or pftp it is working fine
i disabled firewall etc but nothing worked
im using the latest version of flasfxp

Enable/Disable passive mode for the site, this option is located in the Site Manager -> Options Tab

oh i forgot to write that i tried this allready without sucess

i tried build 825 and it worked so i think the error was in build 815
