Default Things used to be working great...

Hello All,

I am looking for some help (duh)

For about one year things were working great with Flash FXP and I haven't had any problem.

Here is my system info:

FlashFXP Version 2.1 Build 924
Windows XP
Norton Antivirus 2003

Here is my problem. I last connected on 10/9/03 at about 10:35 PM. After that connection I logged off and went to bed. Next afternoon I woke up and tried to log on again....no luck....here is all it says:

WinSock 2.0
Connnecting to *************
Connection Failed (connection timed out)

Then it will retry forever........

My site is up and working fine. E-mail is not working. What might cause this sudden overnight failure? I have an enemy out there now that I just took over web design for a government site from. Could she have somehow done something? I doubt it but any suggestions?

I saw a suggestion to run tracert and I did, here is what I got

no, it does not connect 9 times.
what you see in traceroute command are computers on the internet between you and earth.initechsystems.com [64.246.20.12]
you see that your packets are able to reach 129.250.5.5
and beyond that nothing..
it's possible something is wrong with network routing.

problem you are experiencing is not FlashFXP relayed and beyond the scope of this forum.
you should contact server administrator and possibly your isp and work with them on this problem.
