Flash FXP Password Storage

I was recently hacked, and was wondering where Flash FXP stores all its passwords, and whether or not the hacker would have been able to obtain my passwords for all my various ftp accounts.

all site info is stored in Sites.dat files.
by default site passwords can be relatively easily decrypted.
if you enabled Application level password in FlashFXP then they are encrypted with 128bit key based on your password.
