Default FTP queue properties

I was wondering if there is any way I can queue up some files and then change the site (as defined in the site manager) from which they are downloaded. My problem is the following:

I want to login to an FTP server and browse around, queueing up files. I then want to download these files with a *different* login personality than the one with which I was browsing. I suppose I could change the login info for that site in the site manager, but I don't want to have to do that every time. I would like to just define two "sites" in the site manager (one with browse personality and one with transfer personality) and then change the "site" from which the files are transferred.

Edit: I believe I have this problem solved...isn't that always the way, as soon as you ask a question? Unfortunately, I now have a new problem. Absolutely nothing in my queue will transfer. This happens with many different sites I've tried. Here is the log:

Create two entries for the site, one with the profile to browse, the other to transfer.
Queue up the files, then highlight the queue, right click and hit edit. From there you can change the source site to the transfer profile and then hit the transfer button.

I was wondering if you are an official representative of Flash FXP. I assume you are, since you use the word "we" in your posts. I can understand if you don't feel able to "offerened" any help without all the information, but your rudeness is simply uncalled for, especially to a potential customer. To be frank, if this kind of "support" is what is offered when one pays for this software, then I am not surprised it is being pirated in such a widespread manner.

You, sir, are a jerk.

Of course it's my problem, as I already admitted in my previous post. My point is that a certain attitude should not be taken by a business with customers. If this is not a business, that's fine. In that case, however, you should not attempt to masquerade as one.

i am moderator on this message board.
part of this duty includes setting up RULES which ALL users must follow, even "potential customers".
one of these RULES is regarding posting support questions.
that thread have been parked very clearly. and EVERYBODY who post here must have read it. if not, i or other moderators, direct that user's attention toward it.

now if you have problems following such very clear rules, i'm sorry but there is nothing we can do to help you.

and i expect public appology from you. what you said was totally uncalled for.

I refuse to apologize. You have yet again missed my point. I do not mind being pointed to pertinent posts, including rules. However, the manner in which you advised me such was very rude. I am a businessman; I cannot take the time to read every piece of documentation on some forum simply to get my FTP client to run correctly. Again, I wouldn't have minded being pointed to the post if you had behaved respectively. In case you hadn't realized, writing in all caps, such as "RULES" over and over again is considered shouting, and as such is very rude. If I met you in person, would you address me in this manner?

FlashFXP is nice software; I would like to support developers who offer nice products for reasonable prices. However, this manner of PR is, to quote you, "uncalled for." I have been told that you are not an official representative of the software or the business behind it. This is the only reason I have not decided to quit using the software and tell my colleagues to do the same. How you became a moderator of this forum I cannot understand.

my reply to you was a standard responce for everybody.
you are the 1st person who seem to have problem with these very simple rules.
type RULES in caps for emphasis, becuase you don't seem to understand what they are for. just becuase you are a businessman doesn't make you any more special. these rules apply to everybody, and if you'd read them in the 1st place we wouldn't have this converstation and possibly your problem would have been solved, yet you refuse to acknolodge the fact that you were wrong and provide needed information.
