Default Error when trying to connect to a site
has anyone seen this error

WinSock 2.0
Connecting to Stolo via Proxy
Connected to Proxy **.**.**.** Port ****
The requested method is not allowed on this scheme type.
Please change your browser's http proxy setting to Normal from Tunnel.
Connection failed
Delaying for 120 seconds before reconnect attempt #1
