Default No route to Host with XP

I'm having problems having just upgraded to windows xp.

My isp very kindly disconnects me every 2 hours.
Previously, this was no problem.
However now when it happens flash fxp won't reconnect. It just gives the message:

Connection failed (No route to Host)

Please could someone help me
Thanks in advance

are you using any proxies?
can you connect with any other ftp client?
try doing traceroute to your site. it might be networking problem somewhere between you and your site
