FXP will not transfer directory!

Try to transfer a 15 megabyte directory from one site to another. It will upload about 10 files or so then stall at RETR Entires, and continually connect and reconnect without successfully uploading.

This looks like a site to site transfer? More than likely the sites aren't properly configured to allow for site to site transfer or there's a firewall blocking the transfer.
