Default Minor cursor bug while D&D transfer

So is that you can't decide what type of cursor to use or what

When performing a drag&drop transfer, the mouse seems to switch between two different cursors: one with a pointer and a plain white rectangle behind it (as if to signify moving), and then one with a pointer, behind it a grey-dotted box and little plus sign.

There's only one drag cursor, I'm not sure where the other is coming from, would it be possible to give me directions on how to reproduce it. I tried but was unable to make it.

Also which OS are you using?

Sorry, I'm not sure what the steps are to reproduce it, it just seems to...happen

Normally, the icon is the first one I described in the post above. Sometimes it switches to the other one I described (to see what icon I'm talking about, perform a drag&drop directly form Windows Explorer). I know that the icon is supposed to have the plus sign when d&d from Explorer, but this often happens even when dragging to and from the local/remote views within FlashFXP (even when it's not from Windows Explorer).

FlashFXP Version: v2.0, b910
OS: Windows 98SE
