error 431 secure command connection, help..

any ideas what options i need to use to fix this ?

431 Unable to negotiate secure command connection.

i wouldn't be suprised if zonealarm is causing you the problems

I shut down Zonealarm and it does same.

shutting down zonealarm is not good enough, it must be uninstalled

Are you connecting to the site with SSL/TLS activated?

got it fixed, was a permissions problem at other end, thx for all your help.
