Default lost key

i've tried all the website remedies for lost keys
what does it take to get a key out of you?
i find it quite difficult to believe that this is such
an uncommon request that it is THIS difficult
to accomodate. Hard drives die ALL the time.
Therefore Windows is reinstalled ALL the time.
Is it so hard to believe that someone would
actually need another key???
Lets get it together!!!

so you're saying your hard drive "ate" your email address? It is VERY easy to get your key using our website http://www.flashfxp.ws/keyrequest.php and entering the email you used to register FlashFXP...if your hard drive really DID eat your email address, you can email support@flashfxp.com...

No reason to take an attitude...

then i wouldn't have an attitude would i. Also if your system
was half as good as you obviously think it is then you would
know all this already now wouldn't you

misterduck, why aren't you giving more information? Did you get any response when you used the webpage to retrieve your lost key? It doesn't make sense; I lost my key as well and all I had to do was use the website. I had my key mailed to me within 24 hours.

there is no information necessary for this forum
at least from me. i have an idea, how about a phone
number for a real person so that i can then call
or even better an address so that (if it is close enough)
i can go pay this "business" a visit

Here's what you do, contact support@flashfxp.com and provide the name and email address that was on the registration key.

Provided that your email address is the same, I will instantly provide you with your key. If your email address has changed, I will need more information to validate your claim. Your mailing address and the type of credit card used to purchase FlashFXP.

I look forward to hearing from you.
