Default Help Connecting to an FTP Site

My ISP hosts my website. In order to access the FTP site I need to use a dialup connection to them. It seems they only allow users from their IP range into the FTP sites.

Anyway, since I use a cable connection is there a way to trick the FTP site into thinking I am using one of their IP's (using my cable connection) so I don't have to dial in with a modem.

Thanks,
Doug...

"FlashFXP Support Forums"

This doesn't have anything to do with FlashFXP..

I would suggest you explain this problem to your ISP and see if they will add the IP.. thats the only way really.

No, there is no way you can trick your ISP.
