Something you might find usefull
Add the following line to the flashfxp.ini under the [main] section, like below.

DebugTag=1
By setting this variable status messages will be prefixed 1 or 2, to determine the side in which the command originated, this is very handy when reviewing log files where text coloring is not possible.
