Default Corrupt Uploads

Trying to upload 62 1.4MB RAR files to my server. About 10 come through corrupt, using FTP Voyager.

I decided to try FlashFXP, and I really like it, but it does the same thing. I thought, maybe its my server, I tried Serv-U 4.1, ioFTPD, and Raiven, and all do the same thing.

However, SmartFTP and Cute FTP both work fine.

I really like FlashFXP and would like to use it, but I'm stumped.

Sorry, forgot to mention that I'm using the latest version of FlashFXP, downloaded today, and I double checked to be sure transfers was set to AUTO.
