Default Internal Editor GUI bug

I have reported the bug previously in the beta testing saying that the editor became a 1 inch gray bar on the left side of the screen and I attached a screenshot of it too. The only thing was that I wasn't able to make the bug appear consistantly previously.

Now, I am able to do so. What you need to do is to open up a file with the Text Editor and maximise it, then on the taskbar, click on it 3 times. The first time will focus it. The 2nd time will minimise it, the 3rd time will make it appear like a gray bar.

I am using v2.1 build 923. The bug has been there since the betas.

Win98 SE2

If I am not wrong, it is ASUS 1326. I do not think it has anything to do with the vide card. I am able to get back the editor by normalising it and them maximising it again. No problems with the rest of the programs.
