Default Minor Preferences Bug

When you open the preferences, on the "Transfer" tab, if you have "Restore broken Transfers and retry broken FTP transfers [ X ] times" enabled when opening the prefs, the box for # of tries is available, but if you disable it it doesn't make that box unavailable until you exit & re-enter the prefs.

The same goes for the opposite, if it is disabled when you open the prefs box, and you enable it, the edit box for # of tries is not made available until you exit & re-enter the prefs.

The same goes for the "Stop and Resume if no data received for [ X ] minutes" box.

The 2 boxes underneath these 2 never disable themselves when unchecked so the enabling/disabling sequence of their editboxes isn't necessarily as broken as the 2 above, however they should also be disabling the editbox portion of the line when unchecking them as well.

Perhaps this is in other portions of the preferences screen with other boxes as well, I don't feel like running through them all.

1.4.800 btw.

Check .813? Might be fixed there, tho I doubt it.

This was a problem with 800 and a couple public beta builds, however I was informed of the bug and it was corrected.

It appears to work correctly in build 813.
