Default Language change bug
When language is been switched to another (without restarting) some dialogs (for example Live Update) and Remote Browser keep displaying the first language (column titles) or wrong encode.

On the screenshot you can see description in Russian and other text is in Russian but with wrong encode.

All this things become normal after restarting FlashFXP
