Default suggestion for easy ghost killing
Maybe it's convenient to have a shortkey (i.e. holding shift) to login with a ! in front of your username to kill ghost connections. Now you have to change it in sitemanager and after it change it again. For me it would be very handy to have and not very hard to implement i'dd say
