Hello
I decided to write to you because I have no access to "Customer Portal" since friday. When I'm trying to recover my password using panel "Forget Password" I receive an information that there is no such a e-mail/user name in your database.
I sent an email on address:
support@flashfxp.com but I have not receive any answers. On discussion forum I send a private Message to LinkSter and MxxCon and I receive an information about Linkster write on my PM but then I noticed that I have no access to forum.
In addition when I'm trying to check if there is a new version from pulldown menu in FlashFXP program I receive an information that my "serial number is incorrect an I should contact with support"
I have no idea how and why that happened.
I hope you could help me.
