Default Queue problem

The problem I'm having is that when I am fxp'ing and I queue two files to transfer flashfxp never completes the first transfer and moves to the second one. When I click the stop button and check the site the file has been transfered, but if i dont stop it and delete the 1st file out of the queue then hit go again it will never transfer the second file. Is there something I have setup wrong? This use to work fine with version 2.

* FlashFXP v3.0, build 1010 RC 4, registered
* OS WinXP
* Running behind Linksys router
* Running Mcafee firewall Ver. 5.0.0.7
* Running Mcafee Antivirus Ver. 4.3.20
* Network xDSL

additional info if related
* FTP server(s) both are Serv-U FTP Server v3.0

The firewalls and router are only on my connection, neither of the ftp servers are firewalled or behind a router. This happens on all the ftp servers that I fxp to and from.

sounds like either your router or mcafee firewall are closing control connections too soon.
try to temporary remove/disable either one or both to see if this problem disappears.
and/or
go to site manager, options tab and check "Send NOOP during transfers" for both servers.
