Default BUG: Quick Connect (override default file exist rules)
I have discovered a bug in RC2 and possibliy RC1.

When connecting to a site via the Quick Connect it enables the per-site file exist rule, as a result the incorrect file exist rule may be applied.

This option should have been off by default.

This problem will be addressed in RC3.
