Default Implicit SSL and RaidenFTPD 2.2 build 1599

Program Versions-
FlashFXP: 2.0 RC2 (build 869)
RaidenFTPD: RaidenFTPD v2.2 build 1599 (2002/08/07)
OS: Windows 2000 sp2 + all updates as of Aug 9, 2002

Issue:
When trying to connect with Implict SSL chosen, RaidenFTPD reports:

127.0.0.1 unknown nogroup 2002/08/09:00:03:20 e "bad client , no CRLF in command €€"

FlashFXP log looks like this:

Connecting to local testing
Connected to 127.0.0.1 Port 21
Negotiating SSL/TLS session...
Connection failed (Connection lost)

between the negotiating and the connection failed is about a 15 second pause. I run the server, so if flashfxp personnel need a login that's no problem.

Thank you,

//edit: ok that's only if I try and connect on port 21, which I'm assuming is incorrect procedure on my part. When I try on port 990 (the port I chose for implicit SSL in my raiden server setup) I get nothing at all in my raiden log and the following in my flash log:

Negotiating SSL/TLS session...
SSL/TLS negotiation successful...
SSL/TLS connection using cipher DES-CBC3-SHA (168 bits)
Connection failed (Connection lost)

Thanks again,

RaidenFTPD is rather unpredictable, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I happen to have RaidenFTPD installed on my system for testing and it works fine. However awhile back I tried to install it on a second machine for testing and I was unsuccessful in getting SSL working.

I personally don't have any answers or solutions for you but perhaps someone else out can.

*renames raidenFTPD to flakyFTPD*

I exited and restarted raiden and it works. *shrug*
