Default 404 after clicking on "whats new" for RC3
I clicked on "view whats new" and I got a 404 on the file it was looking for.

https://oss.azurewebsites.net/update2rc3_875.php

"The requested URL was not found on this server."

Please fix this as I am curious what is new in this build.
