Secure lock blinking and disappears when in transfer

Hi,

The lock disappears when the transfer is in progress. Maybe it is better to have it in a separate part of the status bar or in the top. It is blinking a bit annoying every second when the idle (x:xx) is updated. Maybe you could change so the lock is fixed and only the idle (x:xx) is updated or only the x:xx is updated? No huge extra performance when not redrawing the icon, but it stops the blinking at least.

I suspect the blinking might be your video card drivers. It's not supposed to blink and it doesn't blink on my system.

Which Video card / OS?

The lock is supposed to disappear during a transfer, or would everyone like to see a lock on the transfer if the file transfer is also secure?

yes, if transfer is secure there should be lock icon too.

Hi,

I am using Nvidia Geeforce Ti 4600 on my new compaq. I have installed Windows .NET server RC1 (3663) and I guess I am using the drivers in there. It says 2.8.2.3(Compaq).

I have some other nvidia in Windows XP Pro which I can check as well, but it is blinking every second in my Windows .Net server at least.

Just upgraded...
It doesn't blink in 878! :=) Thanks!
