Distributed FTP bug?
Hi guys,
I'm using FlashFXP 3.0 build 1015 and I am experiencing the following problem.
When using DrFTPd and PRET, I am getting a lot of Connection refused problems. When looking at the log, I can clearly see the server is sending the correct details to FlashFXP however it seems to be ignoring it.
This problem appears to be sporratic and nothing triggers it it seems. This is a log (with the IPs masked):
[L] PRET RETR wam-ns3.r29
[L] 200 OK, will use salad for upcoming transfer
[L] PASV
[L] 227 Entering Passive Mode (84,x,x,74,128,96).
[L] Opening data connection IP: 84.x.x.75 PORT: 32864
[L] Data Socket Error: Connection refused
[L] Transfer Failed!
As you can see, the server is instructing it to connect to 84.x.x.74 but is trying to connect to 84.x.x.75.
So FlashFXP is ignoring the IP in the PASV response and using whatever it thinks. Sometimes it does this, sometimes it doesn't. It still uses the correct port.
Is this a bug that has been fixed in the new versions of FlashFXP or is it a new bug?
Thanks,
Dragon Curve
