yes. I could catch (at last!) this looong annoying bug.
connect to the first site (left pane), in dirtree pick the folder you're planning to queue for FXPing to the right site, connect to the right site, oops! our selected folder lost the focus, no probs, we're clicking it again, seems like it marked with blue again (means `got the focus back`), now press ctrl-q to add it to the queue... omg, folder from the right pane added to the queue instead!
Problem is: after connecting to the site, it wont blur when I click on the other pane's dirtree. Check the screenshot. Please please fix it
