Could't (un)install new version while running other flashfxp

Hi,

I have installed and running flasfxp v3.2 b1080. Then I started to install 3.4 RC2 in own directory, and got error: "Setup has detected that FlashFXP is currently running". there is same error when uninstalling 3.4 RC2.

Steps to reproduce.
1) Run flasfxp v3.2 b1080
2) start installing 3.4 RC2 in seperate directory. Or uninstall.
3) got error: "Setup has detected that FlashFXP is currently running".

This detection is a necessary evil (to prevent restarts), and its impossible to see "where" flashfxp is running from, just that it is running. I don't believe there is a way around this one.
