Site to local or local to site ok... but dont transfer site to site... 0 bytes in destination after transfer.... DONT TRANSFER!!!

Sound to me like your sites dont allow you to fxp from one site to the other. Perhaps you could follow the guidelines and at LEAST post a status log so we can see what is happening.
