Default Check if sites still work?

How can I check if my FTP sites in Site Manager still work and which don't?

I want an automatic script that goes through each one and automatically checks them, then lets me know which ones don't work and allows me to delete them all.

Not with FlashFXP. A long time ago there was a utility who claimed it could do that, but that was nothing more than a trojan horse, so be carefull to test with 3rd part tools.
