Default NEWBEE Folder compare option
I'm trying to compare by local folder and my site and when I select compare folder it displays all of the files on local. Example...I have just uploaded the complete site, after I modify only one page and when I do another compare it show all the pages again.
Help not sure if I am doing it right.

do you have compare options set correctly?
read help file that explain what each option does.
