Logging with multiple instances of FFXP

Hi,

I apologize if this has been brought before. As the decision is final that FFXP will not have MDI-like GUI, meaning we have to launch 10 FFXP for 10 simulteneous transfers. How does the logging will work for all the instances?

Will only one get it, or will it overwritten with others? If yes, how can we seperate these?

This decision is not yet final, Future version of FlashFXP may have a MDI interface.

All instances of FlashFXP will write to the same log file, With 10 instances sharing the same file some information may be lost if multiple copies try to write to the log at the exact same time.

Ok,

I just have this crazy idea while getting to/not-to do MDI interface. Would the backup/restore profile work on this case?

Let say I created 10 profiles backup and each time I load 10 flashfxp, I'll restore different backup files. In each backup it'll write to different log files.

If this doesn't support it, how about supporting 'profiles' in FFXP?

Also, which profile will be kept as the de-facto setting? Is it the last closed FFXP?
