Default Not recieved order and no reply after contacting support

Hi

I have ordered and been charged for flashfxp but haven't recieved a retail key. I have checked the order payment is approved but still no key. I have emailed support numerous times but never recieve any reply. Please advise

That's the first thing I did but it just says no purchases found and asks me to buy it. I've already been charged and it shows in my bank statement. There is no reply after waiting over a week and sending several emails to support

Support will not reply any time soon.
If you can't figure things out on your own or on this forum, your best bet is probably to initiate a chargeback to get your money back.

Considering this is just 1-person company and he won't be available for probably the next 10-15 years, this is the situation

Unfortunately, if it didn't work for you, there's nobody else who can help you resolve this issue. The only person who had access to look into your issue is unavailable for a very long time.

what happened to the owner? Is there a story behind all this? I really love FlashFXP, it's my favorite FTP tool out there. Been using it for many years and I want to see the development is continued.
