Default Change logs?
I can only find the changelog for v4.4.0.1990 and earlier. Where are the logs for everything from 1991-1997, and why have the changelogs not been updated in a month and a half?

You can also open FlashFXP, click on menu help and select Release Notes... its should give some impressive amount of version changes.
