Flashfxp Uploading problem

I'm running into issues sometimes when uploading wordpress themes where the .php file that I upload will have line breaks missing after I upload to the server.

So the file uploaded is broken (line breaks/space) missing.

The file on my local directory is not broken and to fix the error I'll get from installing the themes or even plugins, is opening editor with the file on the server and replacing the code with the local code and saving.

Maybe there is an option in flashfxp that is removing line indenting or something?

Are you uploading the files in ASCII mode or BINARY mode? If your not sure please include a copy of the session log.

Transfer mode is set to Auto, should i switch it to ASCII and thanks for the reply!

Most likely no, but it depends on several factors, first we need to see a copy of your session log.

Oh well it happened two days ago on my desktop, I'll try to duplicate it when I get home from college and post the log then.
