i can't upload to fileserve , filesonic hotfile

i'm using windows 7

flashfxp version 6.3.0 build 1240

using nod32 antivirus

using tedata router ( ADSL )

i installed the program and pressed quick connect and wrote this

server or url : ftp.fileserve.com
port 21
name :my name
password : my password


but this appeared

You see what it says on the last line:

[R] 530 Login incorrect.

You need to contact that server's administrator and confirm that your login information is accurate.

Also upgrade your FlashFXP. version 3.6 is no longer supported.
