Default strange problem with FFXP 3.6 under WinOS7 32/64

hello recentlly my company update all the proggramers pc to Win Os 7 , firstly it was the X64 version , everything working fine almose strange problem in flashfxp (all the versions) , im succeed to connect to our servers with Passive Mode also to upload new file , until im trieng to modify and upload again than FFXP stucked and after 1 minute delay its said file transfer failed , its seems that the app cant open the random passive mode ports , dont know why just this option.

ive install to other HD win 7 32bit and the same problem

than install again WinXP Pro and everything work perfectly, so i thought something in Win7 security , ive tried everything disable AV & Firewall and a lot of uneccesry Windows services.

why its happend to me i didnt find any simmiler problem to anyone, maybe you've an idea.

its really important i dont want to stay over XP .

Thanks Alot !!
