ftprush sites to flashfxp

hello people, i was wondering how i could import ftprush sites from the site manager to flashfxp site manager. i tried .csv/html/plain text but all of them didnt work or work properly. is there any converter or anything wich i could use or you guys know ?

.csv should work if it's in the same format as flashfxp expects
if it's not, you can easily fix it by loading that csv file into msexcel and then shuffling columns around to match flashfxp.
alternatively, see if you can export your sites as ftp://username:password@address:port/path
