Default Loading large files

New to the forums

I've been using FlashFXP for years now and all of a sudden I have problems loading large files to my webhost. Flash works great with small files but last night I try uploading a .rar file 670mb, I went to bed with it uploading woke up and it was at 17mb. Looks like FlashFXP has restarted the file transer several times while I was sleeping. I can X out of the program / whenI start it back up it will ask me if I would like to resume the upload so I say yes. I walk away for 5 minutes and come back and it uploading with 12% done. When I left I was at 75% done.

IPOWER is my webhost

Any help would be great

Thanks all
Dave

A copy of the ftp session log is critical in determining the problem.
