Default Registration failed #83

I've tried so many times to register the software and I encountered the "registration failed #83" every time.

I've tried to deleted flashfxp.key under C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\FlashFXP\3 but no use. same crap happens.

I've email customer service and they don't help much. Is there any solution to this problem?

Error #83 is usually key is incomplete/corrupted. Try copy/paste from the portal directly in case the emailed copy of the key is being altered by your email program.

also make sure you are using a version 3 key, with version 3.x flashfxp. <v3 keys are incompatible with FlashFXP v3, and v3 key is invalid for v2 FlashFXP

nobody bothers to fix this problem. hmm ...

i guess i have no choice except go back to pirate copy.

it seems like you don't want to work with developers in resolving this problem..
how do you expect them to fix it if you gave 0 feedback
