Uncleared payment in Paypal

I purchased FlashFXP on 8th December.

Been waiting for my serial number via Email but in Paypal it still says

Uncleared (Expected Clearing Date: 12 Dec. 2007)

I am a verified Paypal user and use Paypal quite frequently in eBay.

Account Type: Personal
Status: Australian - Verified


I am not sure why this is happening.

Any thoughts?
