Default Possible to pause between xfers?
Would it be possible to somehow have Flash pause for 2 seconds between file transfers?

My ISP has a strange capping technique that allows max speed for small files but if you sustain transfer it goes down, I found that pausing 2s between files will allow sustained max speed.

no, there is no way to automatically pause between transfers.
