Resume corrupts files to my XBOX w/ XBMC xbox media centre

I've found that when stopping file transfers of my movies (AVI (DIVX/XVID)) files and then RESUMEing them to by XBOX, they become corrupt and during the playback, it corrupts and I miss a minute or 2's worth. If I retransfer in a single go, all is well.

Of course it could be the ftp server not handling the resume command correctly... which?

it is server.
flashfxp support resume w/o any problems.

It is my understanding that this is a problem with the FTP server. There are other XBOX dashboards that might provide pretty ftp server. I don't recall ever having any problems with the FTP server in Avalaunch or the FTP server built into the X3 bios.
