Hi all,

Would like to know if there is an option to have flashfxp schedule a download to occur say each hour on the hour???? Would be like an ftp script thing. I hate to say this but similar to the scripting option within WS_FTP...

If you know a way to do this please reply as I would like to use flashfxp within a corporate environment and need it to be able to do this. A good example would be ftp'ing a pattern file, each hour from an Antivirus vendor.

you could use windows built-in schedule to execute flashfxp every hour, using a command line something like this flashfxp.exe -go -tray -c2 c:\path\to\queue.file

This would be a good option to have built in within the program along with zip. That way you can use the program for automated backups. :-)

Thanks Bigstar, will give it a whirl in a test environment. Is there any chance this could be built into FlashFXP in the future???? I believe it would broaden the appeal of FFXP.

Further to my message, if I use "flashfxp.exe -go -tray -c2 c:\path\to\queue.file" how can I instruct flashfxp to extract the file (*.exe) when it is completed downloading???

Any help would be appreciated.
