Default Limit number of active connections from client to server?

I'm having a little trouble connecting to a ftp site that has limited the incoming connections from any one IP. I've tried to look around in the options to see if there's any way I can set the maximum number of connections that FlashFXP uses for connecting to a certain FTP site, but unfortunately I cannot find anything like that...

Now, my question is this:
Can I limit the connections from the FlashFXP client to a certain FTP site, and if that's the case where do I find this?

If FlashFXP doesn't support this yet then I'll suggest it as an additional feature. It'd be good to be able to restrict the number of connections from the client to a server on a site-by-site basis like under the options in the Site Manager.

Some info about the system I use...
FlashFXP build: 3.2.0 (build 1080), registered
OS: Windows XP Pro
Router: Netgear 624 v3
Firewall: Agnitum Outpost Pro
Running no antivirus and connected through LAN/fibre.

Default

FlashFXP only uses one ftp session. This option isn't configurable.

A ftp session consists of:
A single sock connection for the control channel. (commands are sent using the control channel)
A single sock connection for the data channel (List, upload, download)
