Can't listen on port 21

I just got this error, and now it won''t go away, and I can't communiceate with my Xbox. I have its IP down and I'm using the right cable for a network bridge. I figure this is a simple problem that you guys can solve. =)

ident server can not run on port 21
it MUST be on port 113
you shouldn't change options you don't understand :/

So, how do I fix this? This isn't MY program my brother installed and gave me a quick tutorial on how to use it. It started to randomly give me that error two days ago. =/

change ident server port back to port 113. it's on connection tab in options.
